This Privacy Policy explains how the Terr-a-spect publishing tool ("the App", "we", "us") handles data when it connects to TikTok and other social platforms to publish our own original nature photography and video content. By using the App you agree to this policy.

1. Scope of the App

Terr-a-spect is a content publishing tool operated by the Terr-a-spect nature brand. It is used to upload and publish our own original content to our own connected brand accounts on TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Threads and Telegram.

2. What data we access

• Account authorization tokens (OAuth access and refresh tokens) for the brand account that is connected, used only to upload and publish videos to that account.
• Basic account information (the open user identifier and display name) returned by the user.info.basic scope, used only to confirm the correct account is connected.
• Video files and captions that we create ourselves and submit for publishing.

3. What we do NOT do

• We do not access, collect or store the data of any other TikTok users.
• We do not sell, rent or share data with third parties for advertising or any other purpose.
• We do not use data for profiling, tracking or analytics about individuals.

4. How data is stored and secured

Authorization tokens are stored privately on our own secured server and are never exposed publicly. They are used only to call each platform's official Content Posting API and are transmitted over encrypted connections. Access can be revoked at any time from the connected account's settings, which immediately stops the App's access.

5. Data retention and deletion

Tokens are kept only while the integration is active and are deleted when access is revoked or the integration is removed. To request deletion of any data the App holds, contact us at the address below and it will be removed. Published content is hosted by the platform under that platform's own policies.

6. Third-party services

The App interacts with the official TikTok APIs. Use of TikTok is also governed by TikTok's Privacy Policy.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version.
