These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the Terr-a-spect publishing tool ("the App"), which publishes original nature photography and video content to the Terr-a-spect brand's own connected social media accounts, including TikTok.

1. Purpose

The App is used to prepare, schedule and publish original content produced by the Terr-a-spect nature brand to its own connected accounts.

2. Acceptable use

The App is used only to publish original content owned by the operator. The operator is responsible for ensuring that all published content complies with TikTok's Community Guidelines, Terms of Service and all applicable laws.

3. Account authorization

The App accesses a connected TikTok account only through TikTok's official OAuth flow and the official Content Posting API. Access can be revoked by the operator at any time from the TikTok account settings.

4. Content ownership

All content published through the App is created and owned by the operator. The App claims no ownership over content once it is hosted on TikTok, which remains subject to TikTok's policies.

5. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. The operator uses it at their own risk and is responsible for the content they publish.

6. Changes

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the current Terms.
